Rockwood
The "Rockwood" project, successfully completed in 2023, represents a comprehensive transformation that rejuvenated every aspect of the property. This top-to-bottom renovation project preserved the majority of the existing structure while adding and removing walls to reimagine the internal spaces.

Magpie Cottage
The "Magpie Cottage" project, successfully completed in 2022, underwent a transformative top-to-bottom renovation, reimagining both its internal and external spaces.

The Close
"The Close," completed in 2023, underwent a transformative renovation, featuring a single-story rear extension that served a dual purpose. This extension not only expanded the kitchen/dining/living space but also doubled as a balcony for the master bedroom at the first floor, capitalizing on the captivating coastal and sea views.

Green Lane Annexe
The "Green Lane Annexe" project, completed in 2025, involved the design and construction of a new-build bungalow within an existing residential plot in Lamberhurst. The brief was to create an independent home for the client to live alongside family, offering both privacy and proximity.

The Corn House
"The Corn House" project, completed in 2022, entailed a comprehensive transformation of the ground floor layout, resulting in a more functional and modern living space.

Woodside
"Woodside," completed in 2022, is a bespoke project that focused on crafting a brand new home office and flexible living space within the client's garden. The endeavor involved navigating the planning process and engaging in thoughtful discussions with the council, ensuring alignment with both client desires and the recommendations of the case officer.

Priory Road
The "Priory Road" project involved a full loft conversion to create a new bedroom with ensuite, adding valuable living space within the existing roof structure.

Rocks Paddock Outbuilding
Completed in 2024, the "Rocks Paddock Outbuilding" project involved the sensitive refurbishment and conversion of an existing structure to create a functional and characterful annex. The design made use of materials already found on the main house—including render, stone, timber cladding, and slate roofing—to ensure visual continuity and cohesion across the site.

North Clays Garage
Completed in 2025, "North Clays Garage" is a two-storey garage block situated within the curtilage of a listed building and adjacent to an existing pond—conditions that posed both technical and heritage challenges. The design carefully responded to these constraints, turning them into opportunities to create a building that blends seamlessly into its landscape.

The Oasthouse
Completed in 2024, "The Oasthouse" project focused on the internal transformation of a traditional oasthouse and its accompanying outbuilding/garage. The brief for the main house was to create a character-driven scheme that modernised the interior while maintaining the building’s original charm. The result is a more cohesive and functional floor plan, blending period features with contemporary finishes to suit modern family living.

Barn End
The "Barn End" project, successfully completed in 2021, encompassed a thoughtful expansion of an existing structure that lies within a conservation area. It was conducted with utmost consideration for the local context, ensuring that the property seamlessly integrated into its surroundings.

Acorns
The "Acorns" project, finalised in 2021, centred on the complete transformation of an existing outbuilding that had previously functioned as a commercial kitchen. This innovative renovation converted the space into a versatile three-bedroom dwelling, featuring a self-contained flat on the ground floor.
