Green Lane Annexe
The "Green Lane Annexe" project, completed in 2025, involved the design and construction of a new-build bungalow within an existing residential plot in Lamberhurst. The brief was to create an independent home for the client to live alongside family, offering both privacy and proximity.
The design focused on delivering clearly defined spaces tailored to the client’s needs, all within a budget-conscious footprint.
The layout includes a dedicated kitchen and dining area that opens directly onto a private terrace, providing a calm and accessible outdoor space. Care was taken to ensure the new annexe had minimal impact on the existing dwelling and gardens, blending seamlessly into the residential setting while offering a functional, comfortable, and independent home.
