Completed in 2025, "North Clays Garage" is a two-storey garage block situated within the curtilage of a listed building and adjacent to an existing pond—conditions that posed both technical and heritage challenges. The design carefully responded to these constraints, turning them into opportunities to create a building that blends seamlessly into its landscape.

The structure includes a basement level for plant and services, with ground floor access for the parking of two vehicles.

Clad in timber and set sensitively into the site’s existing levels, the garage maintains a low visual impact and complements its historic and natural context. Landscaping works are set to be completed in 2026, further integrating the building into its surroundings and enhancing its relationship with the pond and gardens.
